If we need to cancel on our part due to health, emergency or transportation issues, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Outdoor events: Severely strong winds, excessive heat, and heavy precipitation can make outdoor service impossible or impractical. In such cases on the day of your event, payment will still be due in full, remitted immediately. There will be no refunds and no obligation on our part to reschedule outdoor events that cannot be done due to weather, however we will make a good faith effort to reschedule, but can not guarantee future dates availabile. Best practice is to have an alternate indoor venue available if possible.

We are animal loving sisters who started this venture to spin up some sweet memories for charitable events, as well as school, community, vendor, retail and private events!
Our Mission is to educate children and adults the importance of taking good care, as well as keeping a pet safe. So many pets end up in urgent care situations that could of been avoided and with vet care so costly many families find they can not afford to get the care necessary to save their beloved pet.
With every sale or event service we do, we donate a percentage to animal charity /rescue groups. Our goal is to have an ongoing grant fund to help with some/or all of the costs to pet families in emergency need.
